i changed the font of ‘contents’ so that it matches the font of ‘chosen hill’ on my front cover. i also changed the background colour so that it is exactly the same as my background colour for my front cover, i thought this would make it look better. i made the word ‘contents’ straight instead [...]

This is the first bit i have done on my contents page for my second magazine. I am gping to continue with it and get all te information that i want on it and all the pictures, then i am going to try and make it a bit more exciting

I added the black bar to the bottom of my magazine to make it look like it has a more difinate finish. i was contemplating adding it to the top aswell but then i thought it would look a bit odd if i had it at the top and bottom and not the sides, butthen [...]

i have moved ‘chs’ to the top of the magazine and made it bigger so that it stands out more and immediately tells the audience what school it is. i also moved the date down inline with ‘chosen hill’ because it flows. My mode of address is quite formal because it is portraying the traditions [...]

The Writing – ‘chs’ denotes a swirly font. However it connotes that chosen hill school is a traditional school and it appeals to a higher class of students and parents.
